Job Description

  • Presales activities – study of markets and lead generation, working closely with marketing, principal and pre-sales technical teams to help generate demand, participate in events to generate demand, update CRM on timely basis

Application Engineer for Post Sales Support

Job Description

  • Applicants are welcome from either a design background or a technical consultant background. The candidate should have experience of Siemens portfolio of design software ideally either Solid Edge or NX and should be confident on providing advise and training on either of these packages
  • Providing post-sales support for Solid Edge and NX; working within a team providing telephone and remote technical support to engineering companies. Along with excellent communication and troubleshooting skills, ability to follow through are essential. Delivering classroom based product training.
  • Supporting customers and internal staff with technical queries face to face, by telephone and via email.
  • Being an ambassador during all customer interactions and acting as a role model for the behaviors which will develop a truly service orientated business.
  • Participation in company projects as and when required.
  • Carry out any other ad-hoc duties within your capabilities that are relevant to the job and reasonably requested to be completed by you by your manager.

Key Skills

  • Ideally a minimum of 2 years in industry designing mechanical products.
  • Those with previous CAD technical support experience would be at an advantage.

Inside Sales Executive

Job Description

  • Generating prospective leads, appointment confirmation, cold calling, contact research from social networking sites, primary & secondary web research, handling customers inquiries, sending quotation mailers, following up with the customers for closing of the deal.
  • Direct communication with small and medium Sized Businesses (B2B Sales) to promote our product.
  • Updating daily individual calls, sales reports, creating and maintaining a list/database of prospect clients, ensure the data is cleaned, manage and maintain up-to-date in CRM system.
  • Pitching qualified leads given by the prospecting team and try converting that lead into sales opportunity by qualifying them for sales demo and follow up sales activities.

Senior Simulation Engineer

Job Description

This position is for a Senior Simulation Engineer, responsible to provide Customer support for the users of ANSYS software and related products in India. The customer support shall be at various phases of usage of ANSYS products right from pre-sales stage to post sales activities including training, hand holding, mentoring and problem resolution. Along with technical support, the engineer will also be involved in a few strategic consulting projects.
