Customers can during week days (Monday to Friday, 9:30 am to 6:00pm) register their service request on +91-8087819819.
Customers get a unique service ticket number which is tracked within the internal support team to ensure that normal support calls are closed within 48 hours either on telephone, email, web-sharing or if necessary site visit.
For advanced service request we engage service support of our principals which has a defined escalation mechanism.
